APTS – Utilising the Latest Training Technology

At Australian Pacific Training Solutions we are always looking for ways to make training more effective and interactive. Over the last 6 months we have been rolling out the latest training technology to better equip our participants to respond to real life emergencies.

The amazing Brayden CPR Manikin lets your students see the real point of CPR – getting blood flowing to the brain and other organs.

Using animated LED lights under the skin, your students will see the effect their CPR Compression Depth, Speed and Recoil has as the red LED lights respond to the quality of their technique.

This manikin is now being utilised during our standard first aid courses to give participants greater feedback whilst mastering the skills of CPR. We have been receiving amazing feedback and participants remark on how it pushes them to perfect their technique.

For our more advanced classes we are also utilising the Brayden Pro Manikin. This has all of the great features of the Brayden CPR Manikin with the added benefit of linking via Bluetooth to a table computer to provide real-time feedback of CPR performance – this data can then be reviewed and analysed to improve the quality of CPR performance and provide a numeric, quantitative assessment.

The Brayden Pro Manikin provides users with the opportunity to effectively debrief from their practical performance and make the necessary adjustments to provide high quality resuscitation in emergency situations.

When completing your Fire Warden and Extinguisher training you will also get access to the innovative BullsEye Digital Extinguisher. This laser driven device uses a conical laser to replicate extinguisher discharge rather than depending on a dry-chemical or CO2 extinguisher making it an environmentally-friendly way to train.

Utilize LED driven digital flames and a laser training extinguisher to provide a dynamic and realistic simulation for trainees while eliminating the hazards associated with conventional fire extinguisher training. Because only a laser is emitted from the training extinguisher, extinguisher training can now be conducted virtually anywhere indoors or out – where fires may actually occur.
